CONVEYANCING LAWYER
*Candidate ought to have at least 1 to 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer;
*To handle legal documents in matters of project-sales, sub-sales, loan (consumer and company loan) and other conveyancing matters independently;
*To liaise with clients, developers, bankers and various government bodies;
*To assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned as and when required to do so;
Requirements
Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya
Responsible, Good organisational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer Literate
Conversant in English
*Self-motivated, meticulous, teamwork, good interpersonal skills & able to work independently with minimum supervision;
*Excellent in English, BM and able to read and write and present in Chinese language will be an added advantage; and
*Must possess valid practicing certificate
CONVEYANCING CLERK/PARALEGAL
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of our growing team and provide support to the Partners.
Assist lawyers to prepare and handle all related conveyancing matters
Handle property / real estate / sales & purchase agreements
Prepare legal case file & status report
Liaison with land registriar, banks, developers, and related parties
Provide secretarial / administrative support to lawyer
File opening procedures, clients detail entry, record management, and attend to clients enquiries via phones or email
Must be careful and meticulous person.
Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
Willingness to learn, fast learner and initiative for self-improvement.
Job Requirement
Min SPM qualification
Min 1 year experience in related field
Prefer who has admin /conveyancing experiences

ACCOUNT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Based in Plaza Mont Kiara. Preferably with experience in basic accounting, administrative work and computer literate.
Work independently with less supervision. Able to speak English and Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Preferable with more than 1 year working experiences.
Performs data entry for invoices and payment
Filing of all accounts related documents
Responsible for daily accounting functions such as: Account Receivable, Account Payable, Invoices, claims, general journal, bank reconciliation, etc.
To prepare and reconcile invoices/statement of account/collections and general accounting matters for legal firm.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Responsibility
Basic Accounting: Do book-keeping and account for the law firm under the guidance of an auditor
Answer and direct phone call
Write and distribute email, correspondence, memo, letter and form
Submit and reconcile income and expenses report
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative executive, account executive
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, printer and fax machine
Excel in Microsoft Office, Excel
Basic Accounting Skills
Good Time Management Skills and ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess Diploma in Business Administration. Accounting, LCCI or SPM or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in using accounts software will be an added advantage.
Responsible person with good attitude.Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision preferable with positive working attitude.
